The course is well-structured and thoughtfully designed. While it’s not as simple as “ABC,” the training materials and instructional videos are clear, easy to follow, and supported by readily available assistance when needed. Both the online and face-to-face training sessions are informative, engaging, and delivered in an enjoyable learning environment. The course fees are also very reasonable for the quality of training provided. I highly recommend BaxMax for anyone seeking to complete their RCG or RSG certification. Great way of learning the responsibilities that come with working in a venue that serves alcohol, this course helped me understand the depths of how to deal with patrons who are intoxicated, patrons who provide invalid id and the rules and legislations of NSW.
