Waiters Package

This package trains you in RSA and Bar skills as the basis for entry-level work on licensed premises.The RSA course will give you the legal requirements to work around alcohol. If you want to work anywhere that has gaming machines, for eg RSL Clubs, PUBs, Hotels you will need to get the RCG certificate as well.

The Barmax bar skills will cover all the basic bar skills that more employers want.
You'll learn how to pour beer, open and present wine, pour shots, mixed drinks, prepare the bar with consumables, garnish and navigate your way around the washer, post-mix guns and ice machines and more. This course will give you the confidence to work behind a bar and give you the greatest opportunity for a great new job!
