MHM Barmax reserves the right to refuse entry or request students to leave or
be removed if in breach of certain terms and conditions, or if being objectionable
to other students for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to;
failure to adhere to MHM Barmax's dress requirement (see section below)
disturbing, causing discomfort, threatening the safety and security of/to other

Dress Requirements 11.1
Where the student attends any venue such as a club or hotel, the dress requirements

is NOT a prerequisite. 11.3 All MHM Barmax practical courses require as a
PREREQUISITE for entry the wearing of enclosed shoes. Eg; thongs and sandals are
not permitted and will cause the student to leave the class immediately. In the
event that the student misses a class as a result of a failure to have the appropriate
footwear or attire a standard $35 rebooking fee will apply. Valid
