"What
is a Mixologist" A Mixologist
is a bartender who prcatices the art of making ( mixing ) exceptional cocktails
and alcoholic drinks. They are not just "mixed" but are subject to the
other methods of drink creation including : pouring, layering, blending, shaking,
stirring and muddling ( to mention a few ). A
Mixologist will create new drinks - ( their "signature" cocktail or
drink is their monicker ) and explore the extend to which the boudaries to which
drinks can be made to look and taste. Cocktail
courses are conducted in Broadway in Sydney and Wollongong. Soon to
be at Hamilton in Newcastle and Central Coast Leagues in Gosford. |
