Food Safety Supervisor (FSS): New food laws introduced in NSW require most food businesses to appoint at least one trained Food Safety Supervisor per premises by 30 September 2011.

Apply Senior First Aid: This course ia 1 day Felexible Delivery It is nationally recognised WorkCover approved training and is available for individuals, schools, and also group bookings which can be held at your venue or one of ours.

Weekly training is conducted in Broadway in Sydney, Parramatta, Liverpool, Gosford and Toukley on the Central Coast, Hamilton in Newcastle, Wollongong.

MHM's Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) ,Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) and the Food Safety Supervisor (FSS)courses are fully accredited with the relevant regulatory bodies.

RSA course and the RCG course are accredited with ASQA and the CLGCA (Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority).
Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) is accredited with the NSW Food Authority.Under the hospitality packasge SIT07 these courses are naitionally recognised.

Our BarMax bar course is the most recognised in this industry. Combined, these essential courses will train and prepare you for a great job in the hospitality industry.
